) tak ada complimentary free parking untuk hotel guest maybe sebab hotel ni ramai datang untuk Afternoon Tea, Lunch Buffet and Dinner Buffet
Check-in
Proses check-in smooth and easy, guna Marriot Bonvoy apps and akan inform us once the room is ready. Sis click button check in masa dah sampai hotel and terus beratur and memang room dah ready at 3pm. Sis booked on Public Holiday Chinese New Year so memang ramai guest tapi process memang cepat and the staffs all very friendly and explain all details very clearly.
Sis ada request simple deco and complimentary cake for anniversary. They fulfill the cake but for room deco they only have package of helium balloon of rm10 per balloon. So if nak deco kena add on
Room
Room all very clean, bed memang comfy, bantal lembut sikit compare to other 5 star hotel, but still acceptable sebab feather pillow memang jenis yang lembut ke dalam, maybe thats why they give 6 pillows. King bed memang besar muat kami berempat 
Ada L shape sofa sesuai untuk relaxing tengok tv, makan2, tengok view during morning and night.
Bangunan depan hotel ni lights up waktu malam so view memang cantik sis happy 
Small fridge die cantik boleh see through yang paling penting memang sejuk 
Ada few hotels sis pergi fridge die lambat sejuk. They give 2 capsules coffee untuk coffee machine tapi for me yang coffee lover ni memang tak cukup sebab tak ada nescafe sachet tapi ada 4 sachets tea (jasmine green tea and gold cameron boh tea). Kalau nak extra coffee capsule its chargeable at rm5 per capsule haha sebab malas nak order starbucks kene juga add on 2 capsules untuk night coffee.
No mineral water bottle, ada 2 large glass bottle, tak sure boleh minta lagi kalau habis atau tak sebab sis memang ada bawa mineral extra masa check in so cukup plain water for 2 days 
Bathroom
So cantik, one of the reason sis pilih this hotel sebab bathroom dia. All rooms in this hotel memang ada large bath tub, my kids memang suka sangat. They have 2 wash basins so memang convenient. Plus ada tv in the bathroom, sambil2 berendam bubble bath boleh layan movie, tapi quality gambar not tip top la. Janji kids happy ok je Rainforest shower memang best, water preasure memang kuat and hot water functioning well.
Only one problem, air atas lantai agak bertakung tak sure from the showers or from the bath tub. So agak bahaya and slippery. So kena use the floor mat utk tolak air masuk ke drainage dia.
Facilities
Swimming Pool :
The size quite ok, nampak macam kecik tapi sebenarnya besar and bentuk dia tak macam pool biasa. If tak silap its 1.2m deep. Cuma they dont have kids pool so mama and papa agak penat kena handle kids yang dah tak nak pakai floatie Lounge chair and umbrella shades pun still new and in good condition. But 1 thing, their toilet kat area sebelah lift so jauh sikit kalau nak ke toilet. They prepare lemon infuse ice water kat luar pool so nice bila haus senang boleh minum kat sana Towel is available and you all boleh ambil berapa helai and how many times pun. No lifeguard so its on our own la kan.
They have another swimming pool depan Majestic Spa tapi jauh dari we all yang duduk kat Tower Wing. Pool yang kat spa tu untuk guest yang duduk kat Majestic Wing. Tak sure rate bilik berapa sebab tak ada dalam website or apps. Room yang kat Majestic Wing harga lain sebab they have butler service and other special things. So kena contact hotel kalau nak tau harga
Gym:
Nampak all in good condition, sis tak guna pun haha. Kira okla untuk fitness lover people.
Public Toilet:
Kat lobby (1st floor) tak ada public toilet untuk guest so kena ke 2nd floor, but memang cantik sangat sebab hotel ni colonial style. Toilet kat pool area pun cantik and wangi. All area kat hotel ni memang clean and wangi. They have fresh flower everywhere and terkenal dengan Orchid Consevatory (Flower Cafe).
Other Facilities
Majestic Spa : tak guna and rasa that day close, tapi looks nice.
Tea Lounge : Famous for their Afternoon Tea. Memang cantik sangat. Maybe next time boleh try.
Barber Shop : Ada laluan khas ke barber shop ni, sis just ambil gambar je kat luar, tak masuk sampai shop dia.
Orchid Consevatory (Flower Cafe) : Yang ni memang sangat cantik. Boleh book untuk special event or just untuk afternoon tea pun boleh. Can check their price at the website atau contact hotel.
Note : If you all nak ambil gambar cantik kena pergi lat level 2, go through their Tea Lounge and sampai kat depan Main Lobby untuk Majestic Wing. Pool depan Majestic Spa pun cantik untuk ootd
Overall saya bagi rate
Untuk bilik dan service hotel ni. I will surely comeback. For those yang nak cari hotel untuk anniversary or honeymoon pun recommended sebab ada romantic vibes and their Afternoon Tea pun nampak macam best. Plus the location memang at the centre, dekat dengan Nu Sentral Shopping Mall and other beautiful place kat KL for walking trip around the city
