Basically, Four Seasons ada 2 je dalam Malaysia ni. KL & LGK. Dan FSKL ni setinggi KLCC di sebelahnya.
FS is no stranger to service & hospitality. Bertapak je tuan puan ke dalam hotel, guest akan dilayan bagai VIP.
We went during weekdays, so tak busy. Most staff greeted me by my name, “Morning Ms Hidayah. Hi Ms Hidayah, what can we assist you?.”
Pastu confused mana depa ni semua tahu nama kita ni? Macam first time tengok muka staff tu.
Since this is for my birthday, FSKL gave me a complimentary birthday cake & room deco. Tapi awkward pulak sebab dah macam honeymoon. Dah lah pergi dengan kawan perempuan.
For me, cleanliness & comfort memang 5 stars. Bantal & tilam FSKL yang paling selesa dalam rekod setakat ini.
Bathroom, bathtub & toilet memang terbaik! Toilet seat macam dekat Japan. Tekan-tekan je dekat screen. Ada seat warmer, blower semua tu.
Toiletries range dari my favourite brand which is Loccitane. They even accomodated us with extra to bring home.
Ada mini bar with Nespresso machine and choices of coffee capsule. Food for me biasa sahaja. We got to taste the breakfast spread & room service.
Nothing so extraordinary. Yes sedap! Tp bukanlah level yang sampai teringat-ingat tu.
Pool pun bagi saya biasa sahaja. Ruangnya agak kecil. Tapi pool bar service tiptop!
Parking? Agak confusing sebab tuan puan perlu drive further ke dalam. Ada satu compound khas for guest. Hiccup? Ada.
Speaker dalam bathroom yang sepatutnya connected dengan tv tak berfungsi. Tapi bagusnya, we complaint and terus datang technician untuk repair.
Overall, saya bagi 4.7/5 
Conclusion:
Dari segi view offered, FSKL mungkin tak boleh beat Traders, Grand Hyatt, W or MO. Tak nampak KLCC nya. Tapi menang in service & hospitality.
For me personally, I enjoy staying here tapi masih belum berjaya mencuri hati untuk jadi favourite hotel.
