If you book through official website and register as member, dapat check-in using priority lane. Masa sis pergi memang queue panjang tapi sebab ada priority check-in just wait 15mins sahaja 
Ada lounge area you all boleh stay for coffee or tea. Banyak seating area so senang family nak tunggu while waiting for check-in.
Proses memang smooth and sis happy
View & location
Purposely choose this type of room sebab nak view KLCC and kids love this hotel sebab die punya kids pool. 5mins sahaja dari KLCC and Avenue K mall. Memang suka this hotel sebab cookies die sedap. Selalu dia memang bagi ikut pax. Sis dapat 4pcs kids and hubby tak suka sangat so mama dia yang habiskan
Breakfast buffet
Breakfast as usual memang best. Tak pernah mengecewakan. Semua sedap and banyak variety.
Parking
Hotel ni connected dengan Intermark Shopping Mall so parking pun easy access and free for guest. Just validate je di lobby masa check out.
Room
Bathroom ada tub, toilet besar and selesa. Katil and bantal Doubletree memang the best. Space of course best sebab ada separate living room. So sis buat small celebration for my daugther birthday. Carpet a little bit old. Maybe hotel management should consider changing it. Ni sahaja yang sis kurang happy sikit 
Facilities
Ada banyak shops dalam Intermark Mall ni and ada Jaya Grocer so kalau nak beli makanan ringan pun senang. Paling penting kena ada coffee shop like Starbuck. For coffee lover like me.
Ada Family Mart and 7E juga kat bawah. Dekat juga dengan KLCC kalau malas drive boleh je jalan kaki. Avenue K Mall lagi dekat kalau nak makan Dolly Dimsum
Swimming pool for adult tak berapa besar but quite nice. For kids they are happy size quite big. Malam view cantik kat pool area. Kalau nak romantic dinner dengan partner pun best. Ada Italian restaurant kat sebelah pool (Tosca) – pizza dia sedap
Gym – same lavel dengan pool tapi sis tak masuk. As usual tak sempat dengan kids semua.
Toilet at swimming pool area memang besar and bersih.
Overall sis memang satisfied with this hotel
